Atlanta ISD is keeping track of the recent outbreak of Coronavirus in the United States through proven and trustworthy sources:  The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Meal Plan Operations

Free healthy and delicious meals will be available to all children ages 18 years and younger at the seven distribution sites below.   


In order to feed as many students as possible, beginning Monday, March 23, 2020, Atlanta ISD will begin DELIVERING meals on four out of town bus routes including Marietta, Bivins, Smyrna, and O’ Farrell. We will also run an in town route to highly populated areas. The meals will be delivered between 11:00am -12:30pm. Since these areas are so large, it is hard to predict what time deliveries will be made so please be watching for an Atlanta ISD suburban or school bus. They will honk as they arrive. 


If you live in an area not mentioned above and need meal delivery, please call the Atlanta administration office at (903) 796-4194. 


You may continue to pick up a meal at any of the seven serving sites. The Texas Department of Agriculture requires each child 18 and younger to be present to receive a cafeteria meal.  The parent does not need to be present.  Students can come with any adult.
